6/19 DC/MD/VA Severe Weather Alert
With the approach of a weak frontal boundary and a very warm atmosphere, conditions should become favorable for some thunderstorms. It is possible that these storms could become severe capable of high winds and hail. There is even the possibility of some storms producing isolated tornadoes.
