4/22 Severe Weather Alert

Severe Weather the Next 24-36 Hours

A vigorous system in the Midwest will be moving in this direction the next 2 days and causing rain with thunderstorms. As the system’s warm front moves northward today, rain and embedded thunderstorms will be possible. That Warm front will left through the entire area overnight leaving us in moist unstable air. This will set the stage for a possible severe weather
episode tomorrow. There is the possibility that the Warm front today and tonight could also cause severe storms. The biggest threat today and tonight will be winds and hail. Tomorrow’s weather could also include isolated tornadoes. Please stay alert to media and weather outlets for watches and or warnings.

All for now.
